One of the services we offer at Rocket City Tax Accounting is the bulk import of accounting data into QuickBooks Online (QBO). In case you’re wondering why anyone would want to do that, here’s some examples.
- Your company has been keeping its financial records in Excel or Google Sheets, and the business has grown to the point where you need a full-featured accounting application.
- Your company has been using a “legacy” accounting system that is being discontinued, and you want to import historical data to QBO.
- Your QBO is woefully behind, or it’s a mess, and you need to do a cleanup/catchup.
The largest bulk import project we’ve yet done was the bulk import to QuickBooks Online of 169,983 invoices comprised of almost 500,000 line items.
