  1. Go to our secure client portal to complete our client engagement letter. (If TaxDome accidentally sends you an invoice, just ignore it and I'll delete it.)
  2. Gather all your account statements and upload to TaxDome, if we will be catching up account reconciliations.
    • Only for the months that have not been reconciled in QuickBooks.
    • Must be PDF files, which you can download from your bank's website. Or scan paper copies to PDF.
    • If you don't have a scanner, you can install the free and easy Adobe Scan app on your smart phone.
    • You can also take documents to any Staples, Office Depot, or other office supply store and scan them there.
    • Be sure to include ALL pages, including check images if available.
